My name is Tomek Nowak. I live in the charming city of Gdansk, Poland. I craft digital experiences for web apps (PWAs, desktop apps) and native iOS/Android apps. Over the last 15 years, I was wearing different hats. From Landing Page Designer (I made over 200 projects), through Senior UI/UX designer to Product Designer & CEO of a small startup. I am a digital nomad and an experienced traveler (80 countries).
I had the pleasure to work for brands such as Harvard Medical School, Booking.com, Japan Rail Pass, DealDash, Smart Token Labs, AlphaWallet, ChatQ, and many other small and large organizations.
Recently I’ve built one of the largest travel web apps in Poland with 5M unique users (Brate). It was a self-funded startup and the best business lesson I had. I went through a whole spectrum of running a startup. From fundraising to full product design & development. I made tons of mistakes. A wise man once said: “The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing”.
